Abbriata Large Round Bale Hay Baler

#1. The fixed compression chamber makes it
possible to create a bale with a soft center so that
air can circulate inside it to improve the life quality
of the hay bale. The surface of the hay bale is
compressed tight in order to protect it better from the
elements. The rear gate is equipped with a
mechanical locking device with a hook and hydraulic
opener.

#2. The wrapping system with chain drive and
crossbars ensures perfect rotation of the hay bale
under any conditions and the formation of high
density bales. This system is particularly advisable
in harvesting green hay. The alternative packer
device ensures regular input even with the most
difficult hay baling operations. The rollers are heavy
duty built with a cylinder with three segments and
pass through shafts for maximum strength and long
life. The bale chute ( optional ) moves the bale
beyond the rear gate closing radius thereby
preventing difficult maneuvers.

#3. Retractable adjustable pick-up wheel. Second
pick-up wheel available as option .

#4. Inflatable pick-up wheel with telescopic
adjustment. Optional on SUPER model, standard
equipment on MAGNUM.

#5 Extra wide pick-up with feed augers at the sides
and double pick-up piston ( standard equipment on
MAGNUM only ).

#6 The double twine binder ( optional ) reduces
binding time with respect to the single twine binder
that is standard equipment. It provides binding with
larger number of twine turns and it is recommended,
in particular, for short products. The number of coils
is adjustable. Binding, like all the other machine
functions, is controlled from the tractor by a
hydraulic mechanism through the distributor.

#7 The double binder with crossed twines
( optional ) reducing binding time ( -70% ) and
produces neatly shaped bales even with
difficult products. It provides better resistance
to the elements. The number of turns of netting
is adjustable.

binding time (-70%) and produces neatly
shaped bales even with difficult hay conditions.
